Job Descriptions

• Responsible to work with customers to receive all the information of orders
• Communicate and negotiable with customers about the design, prices and terms and condition of contract…
• Prepare all the detailed orders and transfer to relevant teams to build up the production plan
• Work with purchasing team to ensure the quality and quality of materials
• Check and follow up the order progress and resolve any arising issues during the bulk production
• Prepare and execute the export procedures, and tax refund documents for the accounting department
• Follow up and ensure the ontime delivery as per the customer’s requirement
• Other duties will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good skills in communication, negotiation and problem – solving
• Good at English communication.
