Job Descriptions
- Responsible to solve any the customer’s inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate closely with related teams to ensure the product quality and customers’ requirements
- Work with related teams to handle customer complaints to ensure to be satisfied customers based on the company’s regulation
- Update and remain customer’s information into the company’s system
- Attend any meetings and training programs to ensure improve skills and knowledge of products and work
- Other duties will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Bachelor’s degree with related majors
- At least 2 working years’ experience at the similar position for garment company
- Good at both English and Chinese communication (bilingual).
