Job Descriptions

• Responsible to look for material (Fabric and Trims) supplier in both Vietnam and abroad
• Work with internal teams to check and follow up the sample development stages
• Coordinate with customers during development stage related to material, technical issues…
• Check the quality if fabric/trim /color to meet the customer’s requirement
• Work with suppliers to order material for both development stage and the bulk stage and update the material delivery status into the systems
• Follow up to ensure the ontime delivery schedule
• Coordinate with related department to ensure the work flow
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good skills in communication, negotiation and problem – solving
• Good at English communication.
