Job Descriptions

• Responsible to check and follow up the order process
• Transfer and translate from English to Vietnamese of all information of order to related teams
• Coordinate to work with Production and Planning teams of factory to confirm the production plan
• Work with related teams to calculate the quantity of materials to make the order with suppliers
• Check and follow up the delivery of materials to ensure to meet with the requirement of production plan
• Make the payment for material suppliers and send it to Accountant and Finance department
• Other duties will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: Hai Phong

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience to work in the similar position for Garment Company
• Good at using Excel, Outlook…
• Skills to work independently and teamwork
• Good at English communication.
