Job Descriptions

• Responsible to control team members with daily jobs to ensure their good performance.
• Communicate with buyers about the sample development request then work with pattern and sample room to complete samples on time as per the plan
• Work with suppliers to get materials information and calculate FOB costing to offer garment quotations to buyer.
• Receive the bulk order from buyer and transfer to factory teams arrange production plan
• Request suppliers to arrange materials to ensure during the production process
• Involve to handle to solve problems from factories and suppliers
• Follow up and tracking production progress of special requests from buyers
• Work closely with QA teams to assure production quality.
• Ensure the ontime delivery
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Hanoi & Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company with team leader management experience
• Experience to work with FOB production, costings
• Experience to work with pants, jackets products
• Fluent in English communication.
