Job Description
- Communicate and negotiate with customer to discuss the detail of the orders, price negotiations based company given guide lines
- Closely coordinate with Head office in HK/China for sampling, order placement, capacities..etc
- Manage and control Vietnam merchandising team to follow the process from Sales contract to delivery
- Train and develop new staffs in Merchandising Team in Vietnam
- Guide and train Merchandizing Team in ERP systems
- Establish new SOP for any process which is not effective and monitor for improvements
- Effective coordination with customers, local subcontracts, and finding new partners to work.
- Focus of new local business to allocate orders in low season
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process
Working Location: Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same position at the manufacturing garment company
- Good experience in FOB products and ERP system
- Proficient in English
