Responsible to build up and manage the strategies related to operation activities of the company to ensure smooth progresses
Set up the KPIs targets for all the department and guide them to get out of the deviations to perform as expected by budget monthly / yearly SAH and Efficiency.
Check lines are planned effectively and efficiently to ensure the delivery ON-TIME
Control and monitor the productivity, Re work, WIP and down times at all levels Process, taking short term and long term action
Manage the T&A follow up with C/Planning on regular basis in terms of Pilot and Size set approvals and preproduction activities to take place well in advance to planned production start dates
Work with the Compliance team to make sure the factory is well compliant as per buyer requirements
All SOPS are in place and followed as a system
Work with relevant teams to build up the training courses to identify the skills & knowledge for all staffs of all department within the factory
Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Graduating from BA or MBA with the related majors
Have at least 05 years of experience in a similar position (General Manager/ Operation Director)
Have knowledge of ERP system, overall factory balancing and aligning delivery plans
Fluently in English communication.
