Graphics application onto paper pattern
Review sketch description, fabrication, material’s and pattern piece
Receive sketches from designer or buyer for developing the pattern
Develop new net patterns based on customer requirements and make necessary changes to the net patterns based on customer feedback for customer approval
Responsible for manually producing first patterns from designs
Giving advice on suitable fabrics
Making sure that the correct garment construction methods are used
Support sewing sample line to meet the correct way of the pattern construction.
Review with related departments to ensure patterns produced meet relevant quality standards
Communicate w/cad for the latest revision made by on its update pattern
Making sure garments can be produced within budget
Overseeing fabric testing and fittings of first samples
Communicate w/ merchadisers and other concerned departments related to work. And/or for revision of the garment base on buyer’s comments
You’ll work closely with designers, pattern cutters, graders and buyers.
Other tasks assigned by Manager (if have).
