Job Descriptions
- Responsible to manage all the activities of pattern department
- Responsible to design patterns on computer, edit patterns, jump sizes, draw diagrams, and calculate material standards
- Coordinate with cutting team to check and complete cutting diagrams
- Adjust patterns, jump sizes on machines, and print diagrams
- Ensure product quality in order to meet technical standards as per the customer’s requirement
- Solve any technical problems
- Provide guidance and training in order to improve knowledge and skills for team members
- Other tasks will be reviewed further during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Nam Dinh
Job Requirements
- Graduated from related majors of College/ University
- At least 4 years experience to work at the similar position for garment company
- Good at using design software such as Lectra, Gerber, Optitex..
- Can communicate in English at basic level.
