Job Description
- Check and Monitor all data are reasonable standard.
- Assist to research for reasonable sewing method, and assure quotation and working hours are accuracy.
- Monitor and manage of ACE & CM1 & ETS & GSD system data set up and maintenance.
- Provide improvement suggestions through working analysis if differ with quotations and costing
- Responsible for the monthly summary report (Costing, Working hours accuracy )
- Responsible for data analysis and problem tracking.
- Continues suggest sample and bulk improvement in Risk Assessment meeting.
- Manage and arrange the daily work for subordinates.
- Complete job requirement from IE Manager
Job Requirements
- With more than 3 years working experience in garment management, 5 years sewing experience and 2 years Costing IE working experience in workshop.
- Familiar with various garment sewing process and the sewing procedure
- Familiar with the application of GSD system.
- With proven experience of method researching, working analysis and cost analysis
- With predict working hour and manpower machine.
- Good in application of IE’s Seven Practices and Five Principles to solve problem and improve the production. Should have practical experience of cost saving, efficiency increasing and project improving
