Job Descriptions

• Responsible to prepare Annual budgets for sewing & estimate capacity for whole sections for monthly orders
• Build up the monthly master order Plan based on Production Capacity for production lines
• Prepare weekly & monthly plan with TNA for preproduction, Production, Cut, embellishment and finishing process
• Hold meetings with teams to drive whole sections to execute plans
• Follow up production records of whole sections & analyze progress trend against TNA & aware sections heads for improvements as well as to meet KPI
• Enter daily, weekly & monthly production records on the system
• Check and coordinate with merchandising department for materialization based on TNA given & update production & garment delivery impact any deviation of commitments
• Involve with process improvement team for Planning, sewing, cutting, embellishment, sewing, washing & finishing sections
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company with 2 years experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company (from 800 labors)
• Proven experience and skills in management, communication, leadership, and negotiation
• Fluent in English communication.
