Job Description
- Make plan for orders/ forecast to achieve OTD 100%
- Make timing for material supply to production
- Monitoring timing & performance of production and re-plan accordingly (flexible plan)
- Build schedule & monitoring the factory to perform accordingly
- Prepare the best plan to feed the Line machine.
- Make sure capacity allocations are correct and follow up with BU’s.
- Forecast future capacity and demand.
- Develop local suppliers with less cost and lead time.
- Training team members as per job requirements.
- Lead-time and Cost reduction initiatives
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree for management
- Fluent in Speaking & writing English
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
- Fast React system, Planning, operation management, People management, Negotiation
- Problem solving, innovative thinking, communication skills, execution excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing task efficiently.
- 10 years experience in garment industry
- Active and characteristic
- Good health
