Job Description

• In charge of factory production management
• Manage and control garment manufacturing processing: cutting, sewing, technical, quality, pressing, finishing….
• Monitoring daily production activities at the factory
• Production planning control.
• Checking production process and productivity.
• Drive improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased throughput and quality
• Manages controls and reduces non-productive times
• Commits to quality
• Coordination of all department in order to increase the quantity of product
• Conduct production meeting and troubleshooting

Working hours: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Working location: Nam Dinh province (Have Dorm + All Meals)

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years in the same position.
• Experience in the pack back is preferred
• Experience working in the garment company with size 1,000 labors
• Good in English
