Job Description
- Manage and control all operation activities in the factory
- Lead directly the the production plan
- Prepare and supervise production schedules, check daily, weekly and monthly
- Estimate cost and set quality standards.
- Assign and allocate the person in charge of each department in the whole factory to meet production requirements and quality.
- Support and solve technical problems, machinery, discipline and other problems arising the production process
- Improve the production system to achieve the highest efficiency and reduce production
costs - Arrange material orders to meet the needs of customers
- Manage the delivery of materials for production.
- Closely coordinate with the departments related to warehousing on schedule.
- Responsible for the implementation of occupational safety standards, the performance of subordinates
- Lead the training programs for employees.
- Report to regional director
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Nghe An
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company from 500 labors
- English language communication: Fair
