Job Description
- Responsible to all production activities of the factory
- Be in charge to maintain weekly, monthly, yearly plan
- Control and lead in Line Balancing and reduce time to ensure efficient production
- Be a host in meeting of weekly KPI review
- Monitor and propose the idea/suggest to maintain and improve the factory efficiency level, SAH, productivity and quality standard rate as per the requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to solve technical problems arising during bulk production
- Responsible to monitor production team and guide them to improve and push production.
- Guide the performance of operators to achieve the target
- Work with other teams to eliminate waste and reduce cost during bulk production
- Conduct daily production forecast meeting with other teams about efficiency, output and correct causes to efficiency drops if available.
- Monitor from cutting to packing system and ensure the delivery date as per requirement
- Implement and ensure 5S, Healthy, Safety and Environment within the factory
- Other duties will be reviewed in the interview
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Long An
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years working as Production Manager for garment manufacturing company from 300 labors
- Good experience and knowledge in 5S, Kaizen, IE…
- Good English communication
