Job Description

• Responsible to monitor all the activities at Production department
• Work with planning teams to build production units daily schedule and monthly output quantity and follow up manpower
• Check and manage every production team set targets every hour and supervisor machine operators and take any action/ instruction with low target employees
• Involve in sample process, pp meeting and discuss with technical team for setting technical standard of garment product as per the requirement of customer
• Follow up production figure and make sure required quantity are delivered as requested
• Work with quality teams to make sure quality of product as requested
• Work with Buyers and internal relevant teams to ensure shipment plan as a buyer requirement and factory requirement and follow up till delivery.
• Work with HR department for the demand new recruitment and training.
• Ensure safety and healthy within the production floor
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Min 6 years working at the similar position for apparel manufacturing factory
• Proven experience in team management, problem – solving and motivation
• Deep – understanding in IE, Lean, Kaizen..
• Fluent in English communication
