Job Descriptions

• Responsible to manage and control all the operational activities of Production team including manufacturing, manpower, efficiency, safety, and budgetary management
• Coordinate with planning team to make the production capacity of whole factory
• Responsible to develop and maintain all operating procedures and processes to ensure production is completed on time with high quality
• Lead the teams to ensure the target related to cost, quality, and delivery lead time
• Manage the maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, and overhaul procedures and ensure compliance with established standards
• Provide any new ideas for the continuous improvement
• Work with HR Department to build up the training program for staffs
• Apply and implement Lean, 5S …within the production floor
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience at the similar position in the field of garment with the size from 1,000 labors
• Good experience and knowledge in Lean, 5S…
• Strong skill in management, communication, problem – solving
• Good at English skill.
