Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the daily factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met
- Responsible to develop and implement strategic production plans in order to ensure to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Manage and provide any instruction to production staff, motivate the continuous improvement and professional development
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to streamline operations
- Responsible to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Build up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Responsible to manage the pricing of orders, including CM and FOB, and liaise with US clients and Chinese partners
- Maintain effective communication with clients from various cultural backgrounds, including Asian, European, and American
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Mon – Saturday
Working Location: Bac Giang
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing with min 2 years at the similar position
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent skill in organizational, attention to detail, and communication.
