Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the activities of production and manage the staffs
- Work with Planning Department to build up the production plans and send to relevant departments control production and quality
- Analyze and evaluate work results methods
- Be a partner with customers on NPL and fabric
- Supervise the production activities, develop production progress plans. At the same time, establish improvement methods in the production process, machinery, equipment, materials and arrange the factory floor
- Manage the workers to work on schedule, ensure product quality, and increase labor productivity
- Other tasks will be discussed by Board of Director.
Working Time: Mon – Saturday
Working Location: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment factory
- Experience to work with jacket products
- Good at English communication.
