Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate and receive the production information from HO about orders (technical specs, POs, Delivery, other requests,) to provide and closely work with vendor and follow up with them and HO from PO issued to garments delivered to ensure garments being made in correct design/ color/quantity and shipped in correct destination and on time delivery
• Provide any support to vendor to ensure that they are able to handle orders successfully
• Closely working with vendor to Inform HO the actual production situation if any issues especially in case delay shipment, and suggesting the solution
• Coordinate with related teams in organization (QA, Material, Planning,) and vendor about critical issues in order to solve problem and minimize the lost
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hai Phong

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience at the similar position in the garment/shoes/textile industry
• Good at English communication.
