Job Description

• Lead, direct and monitor all the production activities in the manufacturing plants while providing strong cross-functional leadership with other departments
• Be responsible for manufacturing planning, scheduling, quality adherence, processing, materials management, packaging and so on.
• Set up the goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with Head of Departments that lead manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, finance and HR.
• Build and develop plans which related to Production operation, capacity, budgets, infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains quality, safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility within the factory
• Facilitate and supervise new R&D, plant expansion project transition to manufacturing processes.
• Responsible to lead and coordinate the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Manage the team of development, technical & sample, PPMC, Production , Quality
• Complete Digitization of online Production and Quality Monitoring System
• Other duties will be assigned by Board of Director

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years’ experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company from 800 labours
• Experience to work at Woven manufacturing factory
• Excellent in English. Prefer candidate who can speak Chinese
