Job Description

• Make the plan for orders and forecasts to ensure the factory’s capacity.
• Work with other related department to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Manage and optimize the materials from suppliers. Maintain and ensure a reliable stock.
• Plan and manage the process of production of fabric to ensure on time delivery according to the requirement of customers
• Apply, use and operate ERP system as a planning tool
• Purchase and control the needs of raw material to ensure plan achievement
• Coordinate with all department to ensure maximum utilization of machinery
• Understand the operation capacity of machinery in order to constraint and suggest machinery changes or purchase if there is any fluctuates
• Other duties will be discussed during the interview process

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Saturday  ( off 2 Saturdays per month)

Job Requirements

• Excellent in English and MS Office.
• At least 5 years experiences as a senior planner in any industry. Preferred candidates in Textile/Garment Industry.
• Must be experienced in ERP system for planning.
• Work well with deadlines and pressure
• Good at communication and detailed orientation skills
• Desire and willingness to continuously learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to work co-operatively, flexibly and as a member of a team.
