Job Description

• Manage the whole purchasing team
• Collect information of suppliers, evaluate and select providers to achieve the company’s requirements.
• Negotiate supplier to have the best price for all material to reach garment costing.
• Issue and making purchase order for fabric/trim/accessories for sample and bulk
• Following up all orders for fabric/accessories: checking and updating of raw materials for all orders, contacting supplier and customs for the document for importing. Make sure all accessories to arrive factory in time to ensure for production to keep deadline garment for the customer
• Follow up payment with all supplier. To make sure that all supplier’s invoice arranges payment in-time and making payment report for the manager to solve all problem related to payment.
• Contacting customers and suppliers to solve all problems relating to purchasing items during production time.
• Report to Management on the purchasing plan weekly, monthly

• Working time: Office hours from Monday –  Saturday
• Working location: Hung Yen province, Vietnam (Have Dorm)

Job Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in the same position
• Fluent in Chinese. Knowing English is an advantage
• Prefer female
