Job Descriptions

• Responsible to support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) as per the standards and customer requirements
• Monitor and train the QA team to implement daily inspections and audits according to all production stages
• Support Manager in the Test, evaluate, and provide feedback on CFA’s performance
• Responsible to conduct regular quality audits, monitor production processes, and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure products complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards before delivery
• Work closely with the production and design teams to handle quality issues, provide solutions, and optimize processes
• Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent
• Collect and store the records of quality checks, reports, and audits
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality systems and ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
• Support in solving any quality -related issues from the customer complaints
• Updated the current documentation to ensure to comply with relevant regulations
• Assist factory lab with required testing expectations, including equipment gap analysis and facilitating discussion to clarify test requirements and/or lab test methods
• Check and evaluate the quality of yarn from suppliers
• Check and follow up the progress of sample development, support sample testing during development, grasp common errors during sample development, participate in sample evaluation and provide feedback
• Monitor and update the progress of sample dissemination from development stage to PP samples/ Pilot/ First lot and Bulk production, promptly grasp the defective to correct and prevent in bulk production
• Work with related teams to ensure to complete sample submission time
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday Morning

Working Location: Qui Nhon, Binh Dinh

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years in the same position for garment company
• Open minded, Diplomatic, Observant, Perceptive, Tenacious, Decisive, Self-reliant, Fair, Honest, traceability
• Fluent in English communication.
