Job Description

• Responsible for the SOP of factory according to the quality requirement of customer/buyer based
• Be in charge to audit the factory and sub-factories.
• Develop and manage Quality Team within the factory to ensure to achieve customer requirements at RIGHT FIRST TIME.
• Lead all the QA Team within the factory to update, advise and solve any issues related to Quality of products
• Coordinate with customer/buyer and be a liaison with factory for any quality issues
• Manage and support the QA team to meet the target of KPI
• Be a host of Meetings according to Weekly, Monthly for Quality Data
• Instruct and train the QA team to ensure their knowledge about the quality of products
• Welcome and responsible for customer/buyer visits to factories within the areas
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company
• Strong – proven skills in negotiation, presentation and solving – problems
• Willing to travel around the area (North Vietnam)
• Fluent in English
