Job Description

• Be in charge as a host of Pre – production meetings with buyers QA and all relevant departments
• Responsible and conduct pre-line review for risk base assessment.
• Welcome and attend to Buyer’s factory visits and explain the whole factory process.

• Make a daily, weekly and monthly plan for travelling around to factories and sub – factories if necessary

• Make Corrective action plan for any buyers visit comment
• Lead the training programs for all staffs within the Quality Department and other related teams to ensure proper understanding of each buyer’s standard
• Build, manage and provide SOP in each section, follow up and supervise for immediate and correct implementation.
• Responsible for review the Pilot Run Inspection audit to ensure that quality problem will determine at an early stage of production, to have corrective and preventive actions before bulk production
• Conduct daily meeting with QA and Production team for the highlighted issues, make immediate action plan based on agreed timeline.
• Work closely with Merchandising and Production Manager about all quality matters for preventive and corrective action plan if any
• Review quality statistics and report discuss to Top Management for quality improvement.
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process
• Directly reporting to QA Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years working at the same position in Garment Company
• Strong experience in presentation, management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
