Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor the activities of QA team
• Conduct the Risk assessment for all products related to quality, legal and safety issues, and then provide any solutions to prevent these risks
• Be a leader to hold meeting with vendor and factory to discuss any methods to improve the quality performance
• Provide technical assistance to vendors and factories by sharing technical advice if needed
• Provide the technical advice to vendor and factory to improve the quality management system
• Conduct technical audit regularly to better support for factory to improve product quality
• Coordinate with HR Department to build up the training program to educate new QA or Junior QA
• Monitor activities of subordinate QAs in the team and assess their performance
• Build up the plan of weekly and monthly inspection for QAs
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years’ experience to work in the field of Quality and min 5 years’ experience as manager for garment company/agent
• Strong experience and knowledge in technical and quality and garment/apparel product construction
• Willing to travel to sub – factories across Vietnam if required
• Fluent in English communication.
