Job Descriptions

• Responsible to comply with all quality standards of group related to the product, systems, and processes to ensure the efficiency within the quality department
• Ensure to maintain the requirements of all quality management systems.
• Ensure the quality standards for the customers according to group’s standard
• Update and maintain relevant in order to manager the customer needs, customer satisfaction, process capability, and testing and inspection, and enabling the identification and tractability of products
• Work with HR Department to build up and lead the training program in order to motivate the team to improve the team’s performance, and meet current and future business needs of the quality dept. team
• Follow up with buyers Product Safety Audit to ensure to follow customer’s standards
• Coordinate Buyer QA Inspections and ensure to follow up all the shipment schedule
• Work closely with related team to fulfill requirements of customers
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Knowledge and Skills in modern quality assurance systems, planning, staff recognition & employee motivation
• Good skills in Leadership, management and Decision Making
• Good at English communication.
