Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor all the activities of QA Department
• Work closely with Factory Manager and other related teams to set up quality target for each section such as: cutting, sewing line, finishing, pre-final…
• Check and build up the SOP for each section according to the buyer’s requirement.
• Check and manage the SOP in factory with staff
• Monitor the overall quality from ware house, lab room, and sample making process, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing and shipping
• Work with related teams to build up the training programs about the quality in cutting, inline, endline….to ensure that they are aware of the quality standard and improve their skills and knowledge
• Do internal FA base on schedule
• Keep feedback quality issue / SOP issue with Factory Director to get further solution
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday 

Working Location: Nam Dinh & Thai Binh

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience to work at the similar position in garment industry with min 5 years’ experience as manager level
• Strong skills in communication, problem solving and management
• Proficiency in English communication.
