Research and development for products according to the requirements, direction and strategy of the company.
Finding and creating new ideas for the purpose of product diversification, design, quality and suitability with market prices.
Update new technology to apply advanced science and technology in product design research and on product quality improvement of enterprises.
Research, manufacture and test new products according to company targets
Upgrading technological processes, optimizing production and business conditions of enterprises.
Supervise the entire production process of sample products.
Taking care of customers and the related departments to advise the solutions.
Manage and provide solutions for R&D Department on new products and innovation of products
Review and update standards on quality, product processes … for the company’s products
Monitoring and organizing the activities and functions of the R&D Department (including human resource management, training, creating and monitoring work plans for the department …).
Other works as required to the Board of Directors of the Company
Working time: Office hours from Monday – Morning Saturday
Working location: Central Vietnam

At least 3 years of working experience in the Textile field and 3 years’ experience in the same position in the knit factory
Good at English
