Job Description
- Building structure and functions of the R&D Department
- Planning and implementing activities for the R&D Department.
- Research, forecast, update fashion styles and trends, then identify target customers and build the company’s merchandise structure.
- Responsible for developing products from the design/selection of materials/sewing samples / … to ensure in accordance with the company’s orientation and market needs.
- Improve existing products, increase & improve the quality of the product, reduce costs.
- Researching competitors’ products to make better and long-term product development strategies
- Coordinate with Quality and Manufacturing Manage Department to provide solutions for stabilizing product quality
- Perform other tasks according to the assignment of the Board of Directors
- Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday, and two Saturdays a month
- Working location: Lac Long Quan street, Tay Ho district, Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Graduated University with a related major
- At least 3 years of working experience in fashion design and 2 years of working experience in the same position
- Catching up fashion trends in the market, annual and seasonal fashion trends
- Having working experience and understanding techniques of tailoring, manufacturing, fashion garment materials.
- Ability to build fashion collections, fashion product line orientations.
- Proficient in software for design, make patterns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good in English
- Having good skills in planning, negotiating, persuading, inspecting, supervising and training staff …
