Job Description

* Finance management:

  • Responsible for individual KPI assigned by Manager
  • Responsible for credits approved within authorization
  • Increase customers portfolios and revenues in Global Banking Center
  • Implement cross-selling and up-selling jointed with Treasury/ RB

* People management:

  • Responsible for training and coaching ARMs in the department, maintaining customer relationships with partners
  • Guide RM/ Assistant to RM about soft skills to improve their performance

* Key deliverables/Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Control
    • Take responsibility for NPL ratio (if any) managed by the individual and mitigation plans / handling risks during appraisal, disbursement & after disbursement of GB
    • Ensure the individual and customers compliance of policies, procedures and regulations of the VIB and the central bank;
    • Monitor the performance of customers’ business and quickly identify potential risks and propose corrective plans;
  • Implementation
    • Develop GB by targets assigned annually/ periodically;
    • Make credit documents; appraise and propose credits;
    • Participate in reviewing credit, mortgage contracts and other documents. Coordinate with Head of Business Center/ SERM to negotiate and deal with GB
    • Manage, monitor customers before-in-after disbursement, remind customers to disburse, use services, pay interests, fees and principal loans;
    • Have a direction of increasing revenues through product packages appropriate with customers (credit, deposit, trade finance…);
    • Boost up-selling, cross-selling to complete KPI by the individual and department
    • Contribute and support business development of GB Department and Business Center.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree related to banking, finance, foreign trade, accounting or marketing
  • Preferred knowledge of sales and long-term relationships with SME in reputational join stock banks
  • Preferred at least 2-year experience of credits for GB, MNC, FDI
  • Motivation skill, positive thinking, ambition, activeness and independent working
  • Relationship management with leaders of enterprises, financial organizations.
    Good sales and Negotiation skill
  • Strong knowledge of analyzing and appraising credit
  • Good communication skill
  • Preferred English communication skill
