Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate and take care customers and work independently dealing with Customer and Vendor/factory
• Build up the plan to visit customers to discuss the plan for new season
• Support QA team for audit factory
• Check the status price, quantity may need for new season
• Sourcing new subcontract for sewing
• Check and confirm all material PO from member team
• Check and response all customer question related to PO, shipping schedule, documents…
• Ensure to meet the satisfaction of customers by handling well routine work, servicing customer requirements and problem solving
• Work closely with teams to ensure the workflow
• Provide PO list to factory, meeting with all teams for making production plan
• Plan to work directly with factory for catch time shipment or solve problem immediately
• Ensure the shipping time as per the requirement of customers
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month) 

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience to work at the similar position for garment company
• Good at English communication
