Job Description
- Act as the expert on all samples in the product line.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence requesting updates or changes.
- Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
- Receive new samples into the warehouse inventory and prepare approved samples for storage.
- Issue proto samples
- Discuss and explain styles to the pattern master
- Get samples checked, finished, washed, embroidered, printed and specs
- Follow up to get comments on samples
- Make revised samples if necessary
- Check and follow up the materials, and parcels.
- Follow up with respective teams for trims/fabrics etc
- Follow up with the factory and get the samples made correctly
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
- Working location: Bac Giang province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Graduated a major or collection of related majors of College or University.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same position
- Good in English
