Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor, build up and control the making sample process and then instruct the sewing workers, pattern makers, garment technicians and supervisor to ensure that all samples are made to meet the customers’ requirements
• Provide technical advice and support to R&D, pattern making, and technical teams with new design and implement to approve in fitting for newly developed styles and the bulk production process
• Responsible to check and manage the daily and weekly sample plan to ensure the time
• Responsible to allocate the staff’s within the sample room to ensure the workflow
• Build up the plan to train the staffs within the Sample Room Department to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure the samples are developed according to the established fit & quality standards as well as complying with cost specification
• Ensure the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) within the working places
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in sample room management in the field of garment
• Strong experience and knowledge in pattern making, fabric consumption analysis and production planning
• Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and management
• Fluent in English OR Chinese. We open for expats who must have to communicate both English and Chinese language.
