Job Description

• Instruct and advise employees in sewing methods, procedures, safety, and teamwork
• Responsible and evaluate employee’s performance
• Manage and control all activities and operations within the sample room including cutting, sewing…
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues to ensure all the processes go smoothly according planned
• Support in “in – out “materials and equipment if needed
• Work and participate to ensure the sewing area clean and orderly at all times
• Make plan for the production line (manpower, machine and styles)
• Provide instructions to the line supervisors
• Analyze line performance and make the plan for continuous improvement.
• Analysis of quality data.
• Partner with other teams to ensure the efficiency
• Hold the PP meetings if any
• Overall the job works (such as printing, embroidery, garment dying etc
• Others will be assigned by the Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years’ experience as sample room manager for garment manufacturing company
• Strong experience and knowledge in sewing methods, fitting and product construction
• Good skills in presentation, communication, problem – solving, management…
• Fluent in English
