Job Descriptions

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of sample development, pattern making, draping, 3D modeling, and consumption analysis to ensure accuracy, quality, and production feasibility
• Involves planning, technical supervision, team management, and collaboration with sales, merchandising, and production teams to achieve high-quality samples and maximize order conversion rates
• Provide the technical expertise in pattern making and sample development, experience in managing sample room operations, and the ability to train and mentor pattern makers and sample room staff
• Responsible the sample Room Operations and Development
• Responsible the team Leadership and Employee Development
• Responsible the quality Assurance and Production Feasibility
• Responsible the buyer and Business Development Coordination
• Responsible the process Improvement and Performance Tracking
• Responsible the Compliance and Technical Expertise
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday  Morning

Working Location: Southwest Region – Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Graduated the Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Garment Technology
• At least 10 years of experience to work at the similar position in the field of the garment or backpack
• Strong experience in pattern making, marker efficiency, draping, and fabric consumption analysis
• Strong knowledge of garment/backpack production processes, pattern development, and sample room operations
• Experience in using advanced software for pattern making, 3D modeling, and production planning
• Fluent in English communication.
