Job Descriptions
- Manage all sewing methods and sewing techniques
- Hold the meetings to implement to sew the sample and non-sample products before letting workers sew samples
- Read documents of all product codes and instruct all sample sewing workers to make samples
- Handle all sewing methods when customers request, renew old samples to make new better samples
- Research sewing methods and discuss with related teams to make the best samples, monitor sample sewing workers to produce as per the schedule
- Update daily sample progress and sewing sample status with related departments
- Ensure the quality of sewing samples
- Grasp technical quality according to customer’s process
- Coordinate with pattern department, functional department and all related departments to ensure the workflow
- Handle all situations about sewing methods, correct sample patterns errors when workers are sewing, and develop the best samples, coordinate with pattern department to edit the finished sample.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Binh Duong
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sewing samples and min 3 years experience at the similar position for Garment Company
- Good experience and knowledge in technical solutions, garment construction, and sewing methods
- Good at English communication.
