Job Description

• Work with Customer Service Department, Sales & Marketing and customers (if necessary) to better understand the requirement of the customers, fitting and styling preferences.
• Coordinate with other related department regarding to any special requirements in the sewing process to ensure operators can produce samples to the customers’ specifications such as: – Warehouse Team to make sure fabric and sub-materials arrive according to the sample production schedule; – Customer Service Team to make sure all information arrives according to the sample production schedule;- Pattern Technologist Team to ensure pattern is ready for sample cutting.
• Suggest and advise the guidance team for arranging manpower and machineries for sample production in a timely manner.
• Build the daily / hourly production targets for achieving the targets.
• Work closely with Sample Room on monitoring sample making process to ensure on time production of samples. Review daily sample output and make adjustments to the sewing lines where necessary.
• Communicate with Teams on a regular basis to analyze the feedback from customers on samples. Review customers’ needs against the Sample Room’s production capability and find the way for improvement.
• Assign and instruct QC to audit the quality of samples to ensure samples meet customers’ requirements prior to submitting for approval. Review regular reports analyzing the primary problems and work with Sample Room team to develop solutions
• Build the plan to meet the key expectations of Sample Room operators where appropriate, and build and maintain effective and respectful working relationships to drive high production operator engagement
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Location: North Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company
• Management and communication skills
• Excellence in English
