Job Descriptions

• Communicate directly with buyers to understand their mission, vision and goals for new creations
• Coordinate with buyers in order to provide the items designs, worksheet, color-way, fabric and accessories
• Work with internal teams such as pattern maker and IE for the construction and technicalities of the designs
• Prepare BOM, and check the price of fabric and trims for doing the costing
• Request and follow-up materials from mills/suppliers
• Check the Materials quality and analyze the prices lead time to make it competitive.
• Check the samples applicable or not base on fabric
• Follow-up and monitor samples to sample room
• Check the samples to ensure to meet the buyer’s requirement and to summit to them
• Handle to solve any issues arising the samples development
• Other duties will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday ( off 2 Saturdays per month)

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience for a similar position for Garment Company
• Good experience to work with FOB products and do costing
• Prefer candidates who has experience to work with US buyers
• Fluent in English communication.
