Job Descriptions
- Responsible for advising and consulting the executive board, departments and implementing assigned issues within the scope of functions and tasks of the legal department
- Control the legality and appraising documents and contracts issued and signed by the company, and contracts sent to units outside the company
- Consult on legal issues related to the organization and business activities of the company to help the company limit and control legal risks in its operations
- Research and update the legal documents related to the organization, operation and business of the company in the field of telecommunications and fields related to the company’s operations
- Represent the company in working with competent state agencies
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( off 2 Saturdays per month)
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Graduated the Bachelor or above the major related to business law, trade law…
- At least 10 years’ experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing company. Garment experience is a plus
- Good at English communication.
