Responsible to communicate and work with buyers to receive tech pack and order information
Work with related teams to review tech pack and check with buyers to ensure to well – understand the techpack
Transfer tech pack to internal teams and support them to make the pattern and consumption.
Implement to sourcing materials in local and oversea suppliers during the development sample process
Check and negotiable the prices with suppliers
Check and follow up the sample status until the sample approved by buyers
Responsible to check and make the costing sheet to buyer and control the cost, update costing of garment order until the confirmation the order by buyers
Work closely with vendors/ factories about the production plan, review the production line planning with factory and confirm delivery date to buyer.
Work with teams to calculate materials for purchasing, send order to supplier and control delivery date. Ensure the quality, color, quantity of material and ontime delivery
Make swatch, trim card, packing list, packing instruction for production
Work with QC and factory about garment quality; ensure garment quality
Involve to solve any problems during the bulk production process
Ensure the delivery as per the requirement of buyers
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 10 years experience with min 3 years experience at the same position in garment industry
Experience to work with Blanket, Ropes, Slippers, Hat but Blanket experience is a must
Fluent in English communication.
