Job Description
- Communicate and receive production information from Head Office about orders (technical specs, Purchase Orders ( POs) , Delivery, other requests,) to provide and closely work with vendors in Vietnam and follow up with them and HO from PO to ensure garment products being made in correct design, color, quantity, quality and shipped in correct destination and on time delivery.
- Coordinate with Vendors in Vietnam for any supports to ensure work flow go smoothly and as planned
- Be a liaison between Vendors and HO about the practice production situation if any issues arising in bulk production especially in case delay shipment and provide any solutions and take actions
- Be a partner with relevant teams and vendor in order to solve problem and minimize the lost for the organization
- Other tasks will be discussed on the interview
Working Time: Monday to Friday
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years working at the similar position for Garment Company
- Proven – experience in problem – solving, team work or independent
- Excellence in English communication
