Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Look for new customers and open out opportunities to add new business
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Expand new business opportunities and access new markets
  • Establish long term business relationships with the potential customers to ensure continuous renewals of business agreement
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Prepare customer visits and other frequent reports

 

  • Working location: Home-based (Northern Vietnam)

Job Requirements

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales, business development in garment accessories. Excellent in English
  • Have a good relationship with customers especially in labels and packaging for textile garment are an advantage
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
