Job Descriptions
- Responsible to make the headcount planning follow orders
- Make and follow preparation for changeover: loading, training, manpower, style study…
- Hold and manage process to make sure production input on time
- Work with related teams to ensure Output/efficiency improvement
- Set up and follow up the KPI
- Implement quality program, study and follow up new orders.
- Review daily quality with Sewing Supervisor and Garment Technician, check and follow quality improvement in line
- Identify the key expectations of operators for their job
- Build up working relationship
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Hue
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
- Have a good experience in Kaizen, Lean…
- Good at English communication.
