Job Descriptions

• Responsible to receive the style information including quantity, picture…
• Communicate and send all the needed information and then compare their prices with standard pricing
• Monitor the Cost Sheet created by suppliers in order to confirm the quoted prices.
• Coordinate with related teams to allocate capacity and lead times based on the Sourcing schedule
• Send all the order information to suppliers for confirmation and follow up the process
• Update and maintain the database of information related to orders
• Confirm and send all the payment documents for the Finance team
• Seek and evaluate the new suppliers to ensure the quality, quality and prices
• Work closely with relevant teams and suppliers to address order-related issues effectively
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Graduated from with related majors. Prefer the majors in Garment and Textile
• At least 2 years’ experience to work at the similar in the garment industry
• Good at English communication.
