Responsible to finalize the final approval of PP sample’s with minimum rounds of sample
Attend the internal PP meeting /package file handover meetings
Be a host of the production feasibility meeting with production teams during the proto sample stage for every labels/seasons
Responsible to communicate with the buyers to close all the sample approval
Lead the team during the buyer visits for fit /technical discussions
Involve in factory Initial production lines setting to solve all technical issues during the line setting
Check and confirm the initial outputs are met the Spec/Quality for wash and non-wash program, If requires fine tune the same to meet the requires standard
Head the Quality Assurance process of the whole company
Lead the products R&D and and also manage the team of making the production package files to fry’s
Coordinate with other related team to implement to training courses about the technical and quality of products to all staff to ensure to improve their skills and performance
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Friday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

At least 18 years’ experience to work in the field of garment with min 6 years’ experience to work at the similar position
A proven – strong experience in management, communication, and problem – solving
Prefer candidates who has experience to work in Vietnam
Proficiency in English communication.
