To build, maintain and continually improve TQM requirements implementations of Customers & Company at all factories/ subcontractors
To support factories/ subcontractors building documents, SOP according to the TQM requirements. Combine with ISO team to standardize all TQM documents and file as the library of the approved documents.
Upload TQM requirements, the checklist of each customer into the software system when receiving or have any change or update.
To combine with QA staff of factories to implement the TQM audit monthly at all factories/ subcontractors à upload TQM audit result into the software system and monitor corrective actions until close.
To combine with factories/ subcontractors to prepare all technical or TQM audits of customer or 3^rd parties à upload Technical, TQM audit results of customer/ 3^rd parties into the software.
To combine with QA, factories/ subcontractors to make CAP and send to customer/ auditors after technical/ TQM auditing. Also, verify corrective actions and keep evidence to update and send to customers/ auditors.
To organize the TQM training periodically to the relevant depts. and factories/ subcontractors.
Other duties are directed by TQM Manager.
Request depts. & factories comply with the TQM standard of Company.
To organize the TQM meetings.
To suggest improvement recommendations relating to the TQM standard.
