Job Description
- DIMENSIONS OF POSITION
– Business Unit: Design/R&D Lab Division
– Working Location: Indonesia
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership – English presentation, technical education, and project plan for company
- Team management – job assignment, daily task distribution, and junior training for 3D team members
- Constant follow-up at new trends/knowledges for both 3D and RTW garment
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- At least total 5 years of direct experiences in 3D design, technical design or pattern-making in apparel business
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a 3D designer is mandatory
- Fluent English for international communication
- College diploma/degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Tech
- Completion of any academy or institute course for 3D
- Good background of Pattern-making or Technical design (which can prove one’s understanding on garment construction & fit engineering)
- Advanced skill is mandatory – CLO, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel
- Highly recommended – Browzwear (VSticher), Substance3D, zBrush, 3D MAX, C4D, Rhino, xTex, Optitex, etc.
- Any other extra esthetic or technical skill related to 3D apparel making can be scored
