Job Descriptions
- Responsible to work as the Design Leader of the Intimates business and the ‘go-to’ person of the Intimates Business Leader
- Translate business insight and customer requirement into design solution in order to drive the business development
- Provide guidance and direction to the design team and mobilize team resources to achieve the business needs
- Present good taste level and fashion sense within the context of the Brand
- Identify and incorporate trends into clothing lines
- Present a good understanding of fabrics and manufacturing process, basic fit/pattern knowledge
- Lead customer presentation of trends and products and engage with customer on daily business correspondence
- Work closely with mills/vendors on continuity programs by continually offering newness
- Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Friday
Working Location: Sri Lanka
Job Requirements
- Graduated in garment/textile and fashion design….
- A minimum of 6 years of apparel design experience, at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Previous solid experience in Intimates category is required
- Excellent English communication skills.
